Ronen Stern walks the border between religous and profane in new album "Atid Lavan"

Ronen Stern isn't your typical Israeli Baal Teshuvah musical artist. Instead of the typical preachy love-Hashem lyrics, Ronen, although an Orthodox Chareidi Jew, doesn't shy away from singing about the darker side of life. He also has his fair share of love songs - albeit that they're all about his wife.
Atid Lavan is his fourth album and it's self-produced. In the past he's worked with a number of noteable Israeli religious artists, even getting an album produced (Sfatay Tiftach) by his inspiration - Eviatar Banai, another frum artist known for stretching the limits.
